We purchased a 2013 Volvo S60 from Carvana and immediately took it to Arie Nol to have them check it over. They found several issues including the fact that the car had been in an accident which was not reported on the Carfax. A front wheel rim was bent and in need of replacement. All the issues they found should have been covered under the Carvana warranty but the warranty administrator declined payment. Arie Nol went back and forth with Silver Rock, the warranty administrator several times over the coarse of the 100 day warranty. They went way above and beyond to get it resolved. Finally, with a executive exception from Carvana, Silver Rock covered all the work and the car was fixed. I couldn't imagine a repair shop putting that much time into resolving this issue. Arie Nol had my business and, after this, they will never lose it.
