Just a little personal short story folks: on 4/30 I had just bought my 1st used car; after leasing the majority of my driving years. Like anyone else I was now in hot pursuits of needing a good trustworthy mechanic. Little history, PRIOR to my used car purchase I had always remembered passing by ArieNol and admiring their buisness buildboards because they often displayed some of my favorite bible verses. I always said to myself "If I ever need a place too go for auto, I was going to go there" So naturally now I had the need and as soon as I could I obviously called up ArieNol. Like anyother consumer I just called to ask some simple questions. Let me tell yall viewers out there..as soon as they answered the phone I knew I had found my place! Everyone I talked to was kind and personable, took time to listen and explain all my questions! Hands down I couldnt have asked for a better first impressions experience! So of course I booked an alignment appointment for my new used ride. However the story doesnt stop there. The guys inspected my new ride and had to deliver some disheartening news about my car and to my suprise it needed some very expensive repairs ( which i had NOT been told about on a previous inspection that yes I did pay for) I had been lied too previously and told the car was in good standing) I was also in a huge time sensitive crunch because my lease miles were going to be at their max number which meant i was planning on transitioning to my new used car in a matter of a week! There was no wiggle room for me to get this car majorily repaired. I was freaking out big time. Needless to say, AireNol went over and beyond any of my own expectations on how I thought it was all going to pan out. These guys not only got me in quickly they worked jimmy johns freaky fast ( when they themselves were already strapped to capacity with all of their other client workloads ) BUT THRU it all they were truly efficient, positive and nothing but kind. They releived my frantic frustrations, doubts, worries, and stress by providing integrous, excellent, professional and reliable customer service experience with smiles! These guys are heaven sent ! There is no other auto repair shop that I would consider for myself or my family than ARIE NOL. I consider them EXPERTS in any facet of auto repair in which they offer services. If they can’t handle it THEY SAY SO and never have they cobbled up some half way repair and called it honest repair. They are now and always have been HONEST PEOPLE who provide a trustworthy service for anyone who comes to them. I have depended on them since they were in that small shop many years ago. They worked on my son’s first car and maintained a safe, reliable form of transportation for him through high school, college and every year since. All of our cars have received that same treatment through many years. Have you ever been to an auto repair shop that was fun to go to? I have. The service people at ARIE NOL are friendly, welcoming and take the time to listen and respond to your questions and concerns. Although I am very serious about a high level of service I do have a somewhat goofy sense of humor and they not only accept that but are capable of matching my goofiness thought for thought and are sometimes able to out goofy me. It’s all in good fun and I almost always leave with a big smile on my face. The credibility and willingness to do the job right the first time are unmatched anywhere i’ve been as a customer. I heartily recommend ARIE NOL to anyone who wants to leave a business shop pleased with the satisfaction they provide.

I have always enjoyed reading their quotes on the Marquee. After receiving sub-par service at a couple of local dealerships I decided to give them a try. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at Arie Nol. Matt is very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the diagnosis or what needs to be done to resolve the issue. I am one to ask lots of questions and Matt takes the time and answers each question. I have been highly satisfied with the quality of service that I am going to have our other vehicles serviced here. My interactions with the owners have been pleasant and that tone is carried throughout the business. Honest and trustworthy people.

Cam got us in a month before the schedule had an opening and finished the work and had it back to us in just 3 days. For as busy as you are I think that was great. Thanks to everyone there for the speedy service.

The staff here know what they are doing and are honest about what is actually going on with my Porsche and don’t try to fix things that are truly not needed. I highly recommend Ariel Nol to fix your import. I just found my new import car repair shop and I feel safe they do not take advantage of me with unneeded repairs. I will be back whenever my Porsche is in need. Thank you.
