Absolutely love the shop. I don’t use anyone else. They are upfront show you pictures of the problem all the guys are super nice. They understand it’s expensive, they let you know if it’s a right away job or if it can wait.

Arie Nol promised shuttle and loaner services that were unavailable, causing significant inconvenience and $80 in ubers back and forth. I was also given misleading information about a necessary part replacement; I was initially told the dealership would cover the cost, which the dealership confirmed isn't true. This requires me to schedule another appointment, wasting valuable time and creating unnecessary hassle

Came in a day before scheduled appointment and Cam still worked me in! I was in at 7 am and out by 8 pm. Really good customer service. I have been coming here for over 30 years.

My car battery died and the team was able to get it replaced and me back on the road by the next morning. They always communicate thoroughly and have taken great care of my families vehicles.

We brought a car in for a second opinion after the dealership quoted us for an entire new engine. Arie Nol got us in quickly, reviewed the quote and had mutliple people inspect the car to assure us that we did not need to make these expensive fixes. They went above and beyond and were honest. I am happy to know that I have a place to bring vehicles in the future that is reliable and trustworthy.

I always have great service. Vehicle is also repaired or serviced in a timely manner. Staff is very friendly and helpful regarding any questions or problems. I will only use Arie Nol to service/repair my Mercedes.
