Matt heard about our situation with our son's car fatally breaking down right before a big move away to school, and matched us up with another customer who was selling a car that was going to be both affordable and reliable for us. Neither he nor the shop gained a thing from this, other than goodwill. Then, knowing we had a time crunch, they quickly performed the one repair that was needed (which we knew about) and we were ready to roll just in time. Just an outstanding example of going above and beyond. They could have easily shrugged and said "good luck with that" but he saw an opportunity to help people out. I won't forget it.

For some reason my brakes were checked and I never asked for that. Then when I picked up my car it was loud as hell and I didn't have an exhaust leak. When I said something, I was told that my car was never put in the air. That be the case how was I told how many millimeters of brake pad I had left. Then the same guy told me that we have much better cars in the lot than mine. I dont care about those cars. Now I have a split exhaust that I have to repair because I brought my car here. I will never bring a vehicle I own to this place again or recommend to anyone. Staff is rude and my car was damaged by the staff and they never fixed it.

they did a diagnosis and found a bad reading, reset it and transmission problem did not recur i was fearing a major issue and a $1500 quote. total was $72.00

This was the first time me and my husband took our vehicle to Arie Nol. It was a great experience. They diagnosed the issue in a timely manner and were very helpful when it came to our extended warranty we had and figuring all that out. We dealt with Bob who is super nice and helpful. We will be bringing our vehicles back here for future service.
