I have brought my vehicles here for years based on their reputation for fair pricing and good work. The last two timed I went there, the problem was fixed, but after paying thousands of dollars each time, the first time, it turns out the problem wasnt actually fixed, so I brought it back and cost me over 2,000 more to actually get fixed correctly. Doesn't seem right that I should have to pay to fix the same thing twice. Now its the same with my wife's Highlander. Paid over a thousand dollars to replace (I believe the oxygen sensor?l now, less than 2 years later its spitting and sputtering again when we accelerate. This doesn't seem like it should have broken again after all that money spent and I can't in good conscience pay them yet again to fix something for the second time. Maybe we just have bad luck, but I am very disappointed after years of good honest work. I dont know if they have new ownership or what, but now I have to find a new mechanic that I can trust, which is not always easy. Feeling very deflated. In response to your response- with all due respect, I did bring it to your attention;as I mentioned in my review. I brought it back to you well within the warranty window. I guess its my fault for not demanding you make it right. So when you did fix it the second time, after I mentioned you had already fixed it once recently, you had no qualms about charging my thousands more to fix the same problem the second time. I guess its on me to try to make sure everyone does the right thing. And I paid it, so I guess i shouldn't be complaining. Really, the only reason I am is because now something you fixed on my wife's vehicle needs to be fixed again, so its a little frustrating. Im not trying to make trouble by adding to this review, but you did not have your facts straight, in your response.
