I LOVE this shop, I own a BMW, this is my second one. I have been to Shape a hundred times, yes they have snacks, drinks and a beautiful facility BUT the service, price, and people are to be desired. Every one at Arie Nol is so nice and up front, you get the small town vibe. They try everything to help you, for the best solutions and pricing. There is NO scamming or up pricing. When is come to foreign vehicles thats vary important. You feel like you can trust them, and I have not seen other wise to this point. 5 stars for sure!

Every staff member is ALWAYS incredibly friendly and professional. I trust them deeply with my Audi repairs and regular maintenance.

They had to deal with the warranty company and dealership. It was long and drawn out, but they stood in there and fought for me to get my engine replaced. Ugh. They will be my mechanics from now on.
