Timely and professional service! The team is responsive and communicative during the process.

First time customer and I was blown away. Got me in and out in a timely manner, and continually kept me up to date with my repair. Showed me actual pictures of my repair so I could understand what was done. Matt was exceptional.

Above and beyond this time. Needed immediate work on car's electrical system. Arie Nol worked on it immediately, fixed the problem, and squeezed in an oil change that they knew was needed but for which I did not ask. Absolutely thoughtful, professional service. Like always, they treated me like a customer -- in other words, they go out of their way to increase the likelihood that I'll come back.

Hand's down the best auto repair shop in Grand Rapids - especially when it comes to German cars! I have used Arie Nol for both of my Audi sedans over the years and have never had a bad experience. They are super knowledgeable, honest, and on top of it! It's always a great time chatting with Matt and Cameron at the front desk as well!
