This place and team are great! I depend upon my car for work and was in desperate need of having the brakes fixed. They were able to work around my difficult schedule and get me in right away. They even went the extra mile and looked at a tire that keeps going soft. They were honest about it and recommended I take it to a tire shop, which I did. They are always helpful, do a great job and have great prices.

My husband and I have been customers for over a decade, and several vehicles. Excellent customer service and a clean, friendly environment are second only to our trust in their service. We know we never have to question their recommendations or repairs. We feel lucky to have found them!

I've been taking my truck to Arie Nol (AN) for several years now. After a move to GR from Chicago, AN was recommended by a former work colleague whose family has had their vehicles serviced there for over a decade. Jeff, Cam, Matt, and the rest of the AN Team have always taken the time to listen to me explain the vehicle symptoms that I’ve witnessed/experienced and have followed up with a thorough inspection and spot-on diagnosis. All needed repairs and/or routine maintenance services then being completed in the highest of quality manner. My truck is in no way “fancy”, but they truly understand how important it is for me to have safe and reliable transportation. Arie Nol actually makes “taking the truck in” a fun experience … isn’t that something? I need to add that these folks are the most trustworthy, knowledgeable, honest, and kind people I’ve ever encountered in ANY service industry. Their work ethic, skill, and caring are much like that my dad personified in his profession. When I see another business with those qualities that my dad had ... well, it's just everything! They really seem to enjoy what they do and they truly care about giving their customers a great experience. A BIG thank you to Arie Nol for being a shop that I can trust and rely on!!!

I wrote the review noted below in 2018, after a couple of years of taking my truck to Arie Nol, and I have to say that nothing has changed in the almost three years since that review. That the Arie Nol team continues to provide exceptionally honest and quality work is a comfort and a blessing. Vehicle ownership and maintenance can be a pain, especially when dealing with a “quirky” truck-based SUV that was last sold in 2015. A model that not many shops outside the dealership have real experience with. I trust that Jeff, Cam, and the entire Arie Nol (AN) team will be able to keep my Xterra running until Nissan finally gets wise enough (wink) to bring the X back. And I know that AN will also be able to keep my “new baby” running well too when the current X is finally replaced. Thank you, Arie Nol!
