Had an introspective conversation with Jeff about his commitment to his customer base, and he cannot be more right. This company drives to compete with local business, while maintaining a competitive edge and keeping their customers happy.They are trying really hard on my car! They gave me a ride to work, offered me a loaner car, and are very emotionally understanding when it comes to real life situation and transportation. I actually have to say they do great to keep me happy.

I have had NUMEROUS vehicles worked on and repaired through Arie Nol (audi, GMC, Honda), the WHOLE team there is great. When taking in the vehicles, I would try to explain "what I hear, see, feel" so they can then have an idea of what needs looked at. They take the time to diagnose ALL the problems and give me timelines of when they would RECOMMEND fixing. Usually, they let me know that I can wait a while before fixing some issues and what POSSIBLE problems they might cause, but the ones that need doing right away they tell me as well. They really take the time to diagnose and explain to avoid potential future $$$$ these issues MAY cause. Even price shopping once or twice I have noticed that they are VERY reasonable and LESS than others. I would recommend this team to anyone. I would also say to pay attention to what they are telling you and recommending to you and ask questions. I have found them to be very honest and knowledgeable. Thanks Arie Nol.

I have been bringing cars to Jeff at Arie Nol's for 17 years, ever since moving to Grand Rapids. I have nothing but praise to lavish on this business. They have saved me THOUSANDS of dollars over the years, gone out of their way to provide us top notch service and regularly gone above and beyond the call of duty. On several occasions when I've brought cars in I was considering buying for the kids, they have inspected them for me and given expert advice on their pros and cons. I recall one occasion, some ten years ago, when I had my own car towed to a garage very close to my house. That garage quoted me some ridiculously high amount for a brake job. I didn't feel good about that quote and had the car towed from that garage to Ari Nol's, which is quite a bit farther away. Jeff's quote was some $600 less. The other garage wanted to replace the entire braking system. Jeff said that wasn't necessary, but that it is easier to replace the whole system than the individual component that was bad. Thankfully, in a world that has all but lost or forgotten the virtues of honesty, hard work, kindness and generosity, Ari Nol's still exists and still does things right. Thanks, Jeff!!!!!

I have been bringing my cars to Arie Nol since it was run by Jeff's dad back in 1979! I have nothing but the HIGHEST praise for this organization. I have no idea where WJ Pollack gets the "scare tactics and outrageous pricing" - nothing could be further from the truth - and that is from a 30 year customer!Jeff has always worked to fix things as economically as possible, and their pricing is very fair and reasonable. It's been great to see the growth of their business over the years - it is a testament to how well they run their shop and how they treat their customers.My three children now all bring their cars to Arie Nol for service, and I would recommend them to my closest friends without hesitation. Integrity, Trust, Professionalism and Outstanding Service will sum up your Arie Nol experience.

I have gone to Arie Nol for 3 years now and will always go back to them because of their great customer service, integrity, and high quality of technical service. I highly recommend this family values based company for any car. I will NEVER go to the dealership after finding these guys (I own/owned multiple brand cars). Really great people that run/own/work there. I honestly cannot say enough positive about them. Any issue someone has CLEARLY would be a misunderstanding on the customer end.

They gave us a $1200 quote to fix our car. it took 48 hours to get the estimate. The estimate was considerably higher than what it cost to actually fix the car. If you want somebody to fix your car and every imaginable problem that they can think of along with it, go with them and have fun paying for extra parts and labor.

I have been taking my car here for years. Jeff and his team are great. My Toyota has 219,000 miles on it and thanks to Arie Nol I have been able to drive it for over 10 years. After finding Arie Nol I did not worry about driving an old car, because I knew I had a reliable, honest place to take for repairs. Thanks Jeff and team for never making me feel stupid when I walk in with crazy car questions.

This place is awesome and is the most professional auto shop we have ever been too. We go no where else and have been coming here for years. You'll wonder what took you so long ..

I didn't even bring my jetta in because each time they quoted me it was about 1000$ higher than it should have been. Manual transmission to be replaced... 1500-2000$. Not only that but they refused to try and fix the current transmission, without even looking at the car. Must be too busy to charge reasonable rates.
