Got my car diagnosed there for $130 for a sound it was making and for an all around checkup, was told it was the AC compressor. Swapped out the AC compressor and it wasn't where the sound was coming from (it was the alternator like I had told him I thought). $130 completely wasted in my opinion.

Mr. Eissa, Thank you for taking the time to review our business. After reviewing your repair order and speaking with the service writer, I found that your vehicle came in just for diagnostic work as you perform the repairs on the 2007 BMW yourself. You had recently replaced several other parts and were unsure of the current problem. We explained several part/system failures that could be causing the described problems and we would need to pinpoint the exact issue with further diagnoses. You chose to continue the diagnostic work and subsequent parts swap yourself. We appreciate the time taken to write the review. It always gives us an opportunity to determine where we can improve as a business and serve our customers.

This shop was recommended to me a few years ago by a friend. I've taken my Hyundai there for several different problems over the years, and have been happy with Arie Nol's work every time. They get me in pretty quickly, and once I've dropped the car off, they call within just a few hours to tell me what they found and give me a quote. I almost always get my car back the same day, which is great! They're always friendly, fast and the prices seem very fair to me. I absolutely recommend them.

Had an introspective conversation with Jeff about his commitment to his customer base, and he cannot be more right. This company drives to compete with local business, while maintaining a competitive edge and keeping their customers happy.They are trying really hard on my car! They gave me a ride to work, offered me a loaner car, and are very emotionally understanding when it comes to real life situation and transportation. I actually have to say they do great to keep me happy.
