My BMW had intermittent starting problem. It hadn't started for weeks. One day it magically started. I wanted to avoid a towing charge. I called Arie Nol for an appointment. They were very busy and could only promise to look at it three weeks out and their lot was full, BUT, they went out of their way to accommodate. They called me just a few days later, assessed the problem, made the repair at a fair price and I was on my way.

The job was done in a timely matter. Very good at explaining the work that was performed.

This place never disappoints. They do exactly what they say they’re going to do and everything works. The only problem is that they’re too popular and have a big backlog. That’s the price you pay for being good at what you do. I’d recommend them to anyone.

When my 2015 Ford Escape had an alert on the dash that a brake light was out, I proceeded to call the dealership that always services my vehicle. The scheduler told me I could get an appointment in 8 days. This did not sit with me very well. I remembered that my neighbor friend has been going to Arie Nol Auto Center for her Chevy Impala and raves about their good service and nice employees. I called to see about having the brake light bulb changed and Matt said I could bring it up with no appointment any time even if they are very busy. I did just that and the job was complete within 40 minutes. Super Happy with this service!
