Went out of town left the car with the understanding I was not going to be back till September 1st to pick the car up. They were to repair the driver side window that did not go up or down unless battery was disconnected. After spending $1,200 I went to my vehicle and it had a dead battery so then they had to jump it and then I was finally able to take it home after traveling for 36 hours. When I got home the driver side window would not go up and again could not restart the car because they let the battery go down while it was under their care.... not a happy camper at this time... When I contacted them they gave the excuse that the dead battery may be the reason the window wouldn't go up any longer because it might have blown out the computer and again the car was under their care and they knew when I was coming back and they let the battery go dead ...not my problem
