Let me tell you my story and what I have experienced with Arie Nol Auto Center. First and foremost I lived in Grand Rapids, Michigan for over 24 years. I had owned multiple vehicles in this period, and of course I need repairs done to my vehicles, and I had repairs done in many repair shops in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In Toyota of Grand Rapids, Fox Kia/Hyundai, Mafler Man, Quick Lane Auto shop, and many repairs that I can't even remember. Now let me start telling my story. This October, 2023. I needed repairs done to my vehicle for acceleration problems whe I hit gas pedal the vehicle does not accelerate right, but still drivable. It's 2009 Toyota Matrix 2.4L, so I took it to Fire store on 28th and East Beltline. After they had looked up. They told me it's transmission problem you need to take it to a transmission shop. The next day I took it to a transmission shop called " Bob's Transmission on 28th street. I dropped off my vehicle there and called me the next day. They told me it's transmission problem and you need a transmission and the price is about $4,700.00. That was shocking. Then a friend of mine told me about a Hispanic repiar shop I went there I told him the problem. He said it's gonna take me 2 to 3 weeks. OK. I said that's fine. Thanks. Then after a week another friend of mine said to me it might not be a transmission problem if you don't have shifting problems. I said yes I don't have shifting problems my vehicle shifts well the only problem is when I hit the gas pedal it won't accelerate. Then I Googled repiar shops. In my search for a repair shop my eyes caught a repair shop called Arie Nol Auto center I looked at their website and tried to make an appointment. When I looked at their calendar the earliest date is a month from now I said must not be correct something is wrong with website, so I had to go there in person. I have talked to Matt at the service desk he told me it's gonna be a month from now. Do you want to book an appointment now I said yes, when I left the shop I said to myself a month from now this is something that I haven't seen in my entire life. If I had to wait for a month this guys are the best in the town. When it was my appointment day I dropped my vehicle they called me the next day. Guess what was the problem guys. It was just the transmission speed sensor. Oh my God Oh my God are you guys kidding me are you guys telling me the truth. I said wow. They fixed my vehicle and recommended me to have my brakes done and my battery. This is the greatest repiar shop I have ever seen in my life. God bless you guys I just want to say thank you for looking after my vehicle and resolve my problems, you saved me thousands of dollars.
