On March 9th afternoon, I brought my van in their shop, to test drive it with their mechanic for a vibration issue, they told me they need to check it first, but it is near the time for closing, they did a simple check and said they need to look into it further, it might be transmission problem, and will charge me about $100 to diagnose. Right after I left shop, the battery light was on. I was in a hurry and thought it might be off in the morning. However, it didn't turn off. I opened the hood. I saw a lot of leaking by the engine, so I had to take the van to the Honda dealer. They told me there was a lot of leaking, and it got into the alternator, but they were not sure if it was the reason that caused the alternator to quit working. It was the second time this similar issue happened. The first time, we told them to fix the vibration issue, they changed the engine mount and a couple days later, the starter quit working. This time it was even worse. Please DON'T go there, you'll throw your money away and have MORE problems.
