We have been customers for many years. Have recommended you to many people. We are very disappointed and upset with the service our daughter received. She had an older suburban which was her family car and she needed for her 3 children. She brought it in TWICE because it wasnt fixed properly the first time. She spent $800 and it never was fixed!! In fact after second time it was at your place for 3 weeks!!! She called and was told "oh yeah it's been done. We are busy and forgot to call you!" Sorry, unacceptable. So she ended up out $800 and still no vehicle and borrowed friends car for 4 weeks!!
Unfortunately, it’s hard to respond to a review when the person is reviewing second hand. However, we take our service and quality of work seriously and need to respond to Linda’s review. After reaching out to Linda regarding her review of her daughter Patti’s experience at Arie Nol Auto Center, we recognized that there was miscommunication. Patti had brought her vehicle to us in January for this issue. This was a 22 year old vehicle that had come in without an appointment that we fit in to our schedule. The Suburban had stopped running and the radiator needed to be replaced. It was reported that the vehicle had a running issue and had not overheated. One of the issues we ran into was communicating with the customer. A mailbox that is full and not receiving call backs for several days hampered our ability to swiftly get this vehicle back on the road. We had the job 90% finished and the customer called to say she no longer wanted the work done after she had previously approved the work. We also recognized that the vehicle may not have had coolant spewing out of the radiator, which is most people’s idea of overheating, but that the engine had most likely shut down due to the coolant boiling. We explained to Patti that the vehicle could not be driven long term. It needed additional repairs that she chose not to have performed. Our understanding is the vehicle eventually died while being driven and, while we understand not putting additional funds into an older vehicle, unfortunately this was the outcome. We wish this family the best in the future and appreciate their past patronage!
