Never again. We have brought vehicles in here before to get repaired but it seems like the prices go up and quality of service goes down. I asked for two things to be looked at. They spent more time than needed and charged me for time spent looking for more problems. They also said to me when I questioned some of their advice if I had used better quality parts then maybe there would not be a problem. I ended up with 5 more reported problems then I went in with. I also paid over $200 dollars for them not to even repair one thing. Never again. Never!
Thank you for taking the time to review our business. The last time we saw your 2001 Audi Allroad previous to this visit was 2017. It has been 90,000 miles since it has been in our facility. We noticed cobwebs on the undercarriage so we have to assume it had been sitting a bit before it was towed in. In the process of inspecting your vehicle for the issues that you had stated, our technician found other issues and noted those as well. You where not charged extra as you seem to think. While a technician is diagnosing a problem, they note if they see anything additional so as to give the customer a better idea of their vehicles possible issues. The quality of the parts did enter the conversation as the parts were of a lesser quality than we would recommend, mostly because they don't always last as long as higher quality parts. We charge for inspections and diagnostics, as most shops do. You now have a comprehensive list of repairs and maintenance needed on your vehicle. You can share this with the next repair facility you choose to work on your vehicle. We wish you the best in the future. Regards, Arie Nol Auto Center
