Have known the Team Nol's for at least 15 years and they cease to amaze me. The Technicians are very thorough when looking over my vehicles and answer all my questions along with going over what is needed. When I leave I am very confident I will not be going back to have it fixed again. The nice thing they do is let you know if they find something else that could become a problem down the road. The Service writers are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable. They even offer the greatest coffee and a ride home if needed. Will not go any where else. Love these people.

Updating my post - I had a bad experience, which was the result of multiple miscommunications. After reading my review, itemizing my complaints, Debbie at Arie Nol reached out to me by phone and discuss each grievance in detail and try and work out a solution. The way they handled the situation from there was five star service. My only tip would be that if anything on your bill or paperwork doesn't make sense, don't leave until they answer questions to your satisfaction. They are very busy and you can feel like you're being shuttled out too quickly. I don't think they are trying to create that environment, it's just the way it is. But at the end of the day, Arie Nol cares about providing quality service and customer service. I'm very happy to say that they did right by me. Thanks Debbie.

Repair at a fair Price , and Reliability I have been using Arie Nol for repairs to my vehicle for the past 5 years. I am proud to say that they are an excellent repair facility. They provide me with a fair price of repairs after an inspection of my vehicle. An explanation is provided, before any repairs start, they communicate with me during the the repair process so in the end there are no surprises. Let's face it not every one is perfect, and this is where Nol's reliability comes into play. It is no hassle, repeat no hassle. They fix their errors without question. And they provide a loaner!!!!!!!!! They have earned my trust, and that is difficult these days. My hat is off to Jeff Nol and his staff. PS -- they do serve great coffee
